I started my journey in the wedding industry with a strong passion for weddings and special events and a true desire to work with couples during one of the greatest times in their lives!
After teaching for three years, I discovered my true passion was in the wedding industry. I decided to follow my faith and quickly my dreams became a reality!

I have combined knowledge and passion with my own personal style to create Simple Elegance.  Having my own business gives me the opportunity to use my creativity to its fullest potential and the ability to give my Brides and Grooms the respect and attention that they deserve.

For as long as I can remember, I have had a passion for organizing and planning events.  I understand the importance of having a flawless wedding day, and I care about helping other couples achieve just that.
While planning my own wedding, I became captivated by all the details and ideas I came across.  While most brides can’t wait for the planning to be over, I didn’t want it to stop.  Afterwards, I was fortunate enough to land an internship as a Wedding Assistant to a successful Event Boutique in Chicago.  There I acquired hands on experience assisting with a variety of weddings.
I’ve been planning events for over three years now, and I am dedicated to finding new designs and ideas to incorporate into your day!  Creating stylish well-designed, budget friendly events is my goal.
My wish is that every couple look back on their day as a
“Perfect, wouldn’t change a thing” type of day!
